Business of the Annual General Meeting
In accordance with our Constitution and By-Laws, the agenda will include:
- Presentation and motion to accept the Financial Statements for the year ended June 2026.
- Presentation and motion to accept the minutes of the previous AGM.
- Election of the 2026 Executive Committee
- Election of the 2026 Non-Executive Committee

Executive Committee Nominations
An online ballot is now open for the following positions and will close on Friday 4 September, 2026 with candidate bios to be shared 1 week before the Annual General Meeting for in room ballot voting:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Registrar
If you wish to nominate yourself for an executive committee position. Please nominate here. Any positions without nominations will be filled by nominations from the floor at the AGM.
Non-Executive Committee Nominations
Nominations for non-executive positions will be taken from the floor at the AGM.
Membership
- Only current season 2026 financial members of Narrabeen FC are permitted to vote.
We encourage any member interested in the future of our club to attend the AGM to help shaping our club and to contribute to its ongoing growth and success.
